Dr. Rennes, Mental Wellness Coach
Dr. Rennes is a Mental Wellness Coach who helps women who are suffering in silence to find their voice, their identity and to take back their power. After migrating to the United states at age 13, she struggled to find her identity, yet she still managed to excel academically. She graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and later down decided on pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and career path. Upon this major accomplishment that was when she reached her tipping point of feeling trapped, unfulfilled, and unhappy. Though on the surface and on paper everything seemed fine, she was desperate for a change.

This moment led her on a 3-year long self-discovery expat journey in Peru and Honduras where she truly got in tuned with herself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Something she could have only experienced by eliminating most of her distractions and being alone with her thoughts. Since then she has become a certified Life Coach and has been helping women to see their real value and help them take back control of their lives.

Her Dance 4 Mental Health movement has been encouraging women all over the world to move their bodies as a way to help them feel better, decrease anxiety and depression.
